The difference between being a Justine Business Leader and a Justine Consultant
Being a Business Leader means that you will be recruiting your own team of Justine Consultants, while still selling the Justine products to your own customers like you did before.
Personal traits required from you to be a Justine Business Leader
- Lead by example and consistently sell Justine products with at least 1 invoiced order every month
- Consistently recruit your own team of consultants based anywhere in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Eswatini or Lesotho.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude
- Willingness to coach and mentor your team
Tools required for you to be a Justine Business Leader
- A working smartphone with WhatsApp installed
- Your smartphone must be able to install the Justine Grow App (for recruitment) and the Justine ON app for placing your own orders.
- Access to wifi or mobile data every day to run your business.
The structure of your Justine business
Your earnings explained
Your Business Leader earnings are going to be made up of
- Commission from your team sales (Long term earnings which grows as your team grows)
- Bonuses which are earned once off for each nominated milestone you reach in your business, as well as any incentive bonuses being offered by the company during the month or quarter.
Commissions
Your commissions you earn are based on the title you earn each month. So the higher the title, the bigger the commissions.
For each title there are 3 requirements:
- Your own personal sales (Personal Award Sales/PAS)
- G1 Active Consultants – These are the consultants you personally recruited into your team
- Group Awards Sales – The amount of sales that you and your team collectively make.
So for example, to make the first title of Pearl Leader you would need the following:
- Your own personal sales of R700 or more
- 4 x Active Consultants (active means they must have an invoiced order on their own account)
- R7000 Group Awards Sales between you and your team.
- You will then earn 3.5% commission from their paid product sales.
NOTE: You MUST achieve all 3 qualifying criteria to reach the relevant title
Bonuses
Most of your earnings will come from the bonuses in the beginning of your Leadership journey, but that will change as your team grows. Remember that bonuses are paid once-off for achieving the required milestone.
4 standard bonuses
- Fast Start Bonus – Get paid the relevant bonus amount for achieving the requirements each month. If you skip a month, you miss out on the bonus for that month.
- Additions Bonus – This is a once-off R80 payment per recruit when they have their first invoiced order. This is the only bonus that is paid weekly, every Friday.
- Mentorship Bonus – Each time your downline leader reaches a milestone, you earn a bonus. This will come with time, as your team grows and your consultants decide to become leaders like you.
- Achievement & Maintenance Bonus – Earn a bonus for achieving Sapphire Leader level and above, and for maintaining it for 2 months in a row. .
NOTE: Results are achieved with consistent effort and are different for every leader.
Do not be misled that high earnings are easily achieved.
How to sign up for Justine Business Leadership
To be a Justine Leader you are required to meet the following requirements
- You must be on a minimum Bronze Justine Rewards Level – Bronze level Justine Rewards means a minimum of R1500 sales for the quarter.
- Completed your first 4 months – You must have completed your Sign Up for Success program as a Justine Consultant
To sign up as a Justine Business Leader
Complete the Justine Business Leadership form and send it your upline leader to assist you with submitting the document.
