How to earn with Justine

With Justine, you pay the discounted Justine Consultant price, the customer pays the price displayed in the brochure, and the difference is your earnings. You receive your earnings when the customer pays you for their order.

Justine discounts

The discounts are based on product category as follows:

• 25% discount on Tissue Oil products, skincare and suncare.
• 22% discount on make-up, fragrances & bath and body care.
• 10% discount on handbags, jewelry and all non-cosmetic items.

Justine Consultants do not pay for order delivery.

Your order can be delivered to any physical address like home or work, or you may use a pre-approved collection point to collect your orders.

The Justine Sign Up For Success Program

Kickstart your Justine business with our most loved products in your first 3 months with Justine as a new Consultant.  You will receive these free gifts with your first order of each campaign during your first 3 months.

• You will receive one gift per month.
• You will be required to have an invoiced order each month to receive the corresponding gift.
•  Sell these to increase your earnings, use them as demo products in your business or treat yourself – the choice is yours.

How to sell Justine products

Once you have been registered as a Justine Consultant, you be able to start selling immediately.

• Use the the paper brochure to share in person with friends, family, colleagues, etc.
• From within your Justine ON mobile app, share your very own personalised brochure link with those who you are not located near you.  Your customers can shop and checkout online, with the option of direct delivery to their door via our couriers.
• Enable your Justine online store and define your delivery location to within your chosen area to expand your customer base and grow your business.  Any potential customer who visits the Justine website and uses the “consultant near me” search feature may find you in their search results.
• When delivering in person, remember to advise the customer that their order is on its way ahead of time. This way they know when to expect the order and can be prepared with your payment when you deliver the order to them.  Customer payments must be done in full when you deliver their order. Never leave an order with a customer without payment.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR JUSTINE ORDER

When placing your Justine order, you have the option of courier delivery to your nominated physical delivery address (such as home or work address), or to collect at any PAXI collection point around the country.

There are a number of ways to track your Justine order:

• WhatsApp tracking
• SMS tracking
• Skynet Courier tracking
• Fastway Courier tracking
• PAXI tracking

Once your order has been invoiced, it is then packed at the warehouse and handed to the relevant party to ship to you. All orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from the invoice date.

Shortly after the order is invoiced, you will receive an sms indicating the order invoice number. This can be used for tracking.

Please allow at least a 24 hours from invoicing time for order tracking data to become available.

WhatsApp tracking

Justine South Africa has a WhatsApp chat bot (lovingly named Anele) available to you 24/7, which allows you to track your orders (among other useful functions).

Anele will only respond with the location of your most recent invoiced order. If you have more than one order on its way, you may need to use one of the other tracking methods.

How to track your Justine order with Anele

• Save Anele’s number as a contact +27872406725
• Start a WhatsApp chat – Say “Hi” and follow the prompts. Enter your details where required
• Select the option to track – Anele will respond with the status of your latest order.

Should you need further assistance once the bot has replied, you may go back to the main menu and choose to chat to a service desk agent. Choose option 6 from the main menu, and then option 1 to start the query chat.
Please note this option is only available till 5pm weekdays.

SMS Tracking

SMS tracking allows you to track your most recent order by sending a text message to the relevant number for an automated response.

How to track your Justine order by sms

Send an sms to 31395 with the word “where” followed by a space & your Justine account number.

Example: where 12345678

Important to note about sms tracking:

• You will receive a response with the latest update as well as the link to track your order with the relevant delivery company.
• Responses will only be sent if the the cellphone number used matches the number listed on your account profile.
• Only your most recent invoiced order status will be sent.

Courier Tracking

Skynet & Fastway are external third party courier companies, contracted to deliver Justine orders.  To determine the courier company responsible for delivering your order, login to your account via the app or website and view your invoice number. The tracking info will indicate the courier company name.

How to track your Justine order with Skynet Couriers

• Connect to the Skynet tracking portal at https://www.skynet.co.za/
• Enter your invoice number in the area provided
• View your order progress on the screen.

How to track your Justine order with Fastway Couriers

• Connect to the Skynet tracking portal at https://www.fastway.co.za/our-services/track-your-parcel
• Enter your invoice number in the area provided
• View your order progress on the screen.

Note that your tracking number is not your invoice number in this case.  If you are not sure about the tracking number, use the Anele bot tracking feature above for confirmation.

How to track your Justine order using Paxi

If you have chosen a PAXI collection point for delivery, use the following steps:

• Connect to the PAXI tracking portal at https://paxi.co.za
• Enter your invoice number in the area provided
• View your order progress on the screen.

Final thoughts

There may be times where these tracking methods don’t produce the desired results. There may be a technical glitch, the data from your search may seem incorrect, or you may just need further clarity. In this case you can also contact the service desk to enquire about your order on 087 011 2866.

A word of caution regarding this payment method.

• These payments will take the longest to reflect in your Justine account.  From an Absa bank account, it will usually reflect on the same day. 
• Payments from other banks could take up to 3 days to reflect in your Justine account.
• This method is the most prone to human error with reference numbers. Please only use your Justine account number.  Do not include your name, or the 11455 prefix. 
• It is best to avoid this method if possible, and use one of the other methods instead.

How to sms your Justine order

Follow these steps:

• Start a new sms message on your phone
• Type 43117 as the recipient (South Africa only – see notes below for Non SA number to use)
• In the message body type the letter o (for order)
• Type a space
• Type your account number (example 12345678) & space
• Type the campaign number (example 4 for April) & space
• Type the product code & space
• Type quantity needed for product code & space
• Type next product code & space
• Type quantity needed & space
• Continue with pattern until all product codes & quantities are entered
• Hit the send button on your phone
• You will receive a reply if order is submitted successfully

Notes on sms ordering

• Your SMS can only be sent from the number registered on your profile
• Your SMS is not limited to only 160 characters. Multi-part messages will still result in 1 order being placed on your account.
• If you made a mistake with a code or the format of the sms, you will receive a reply indicating this.
• In the event that there was a mistake, no codes will be saved as a partial order. Resubmit the entire order from scratch. This will not cause any duplication.
• If you have not received any notification that your order was placed successfully within 24 hours, its best to check your account to confirm.

How to order Justine by sms

The most significant limitations to placing your Justine order by SMS is that you are not able to see stock availability, nor are you able to choose an alternative product or delete the code entirely.  You are also not able to choose a different delivery address using this method, should the need arise.

For this reason, I would personally suggest using the Justine Consultant Website or Justine ON app instead.

Tannie Irene, who celebrated her 89th birthday this year, has been a loyal Justine Consultant since she first joined Justine in 1978.

How did you join Justine?

I was approached by a Justine area manager.  She had her Justine kit in a stunning suitcase that I fell in love with and wanted for myself.

While I was utterly convinced that I had no clue how to sell a thing, she had so much belief in me and my ability to be a success that she would only allow me to buy the kit as a Justine Consultant.

So I joined with the intention of only being a consultant for a year. That was in 1978 and look at me now!

Describe your first few months in the business?

I am a firm believer in using and knowing the products that you sell. I attended the training sessions that were offered and I implemented the techniques and tips on my own skin. This gave me the confidence to do the same with my own customers.

Being able to explain the products, demonstrate them to the customers and let them experience it for themselves is what helped me grow my business exponentially within a few months. The Justine products were, and still are, so fantastic that everyone who tries them loves with them immediately.

How has your career changed with Justine?

Since I was the only Justine Consultant in my area at that time, I started recruiting others to sell as well to help my manager. She was so impressed with how I was able to recruit that she offered me the position of manager in my area.

And I remained the only manager in my area for 3 years.

How did the extra income impact you and your family?

It meant so much to me.

I was able to pay for my daughter’s university education with my Justine earnings. I am so proud of the fact that there was not a cent owing by the time she graduated.

What did you enjoy most about being a leader of your own team?

Oh, I loved being the leader of a team, and being able to help others to achieve their goals. It was such an honour to have ladies look to me for guidance. I remember how I helped to raise the confidence of the ladies in my team that they started believing in themselves so much more.  To see them become successful was one of the greatest enjoyments during my years as a leader.

How do you still maintain your business after all this time?

I make it a party! (*giggling*)

My friends come over for dinner parties and I still share the brochure with them. When they come and collect their products at the next party, I have my next brochure ready!

What would you say is the reason for your success?

My philosophy is to never let anyone feel like they are being sold to. I have always maintained that as consultants, we need to provide advice and guide her to make the best choices possible for her own needs. I never want anyone to feel like I’m just trying to make a sale or reach my next target.

When I was recruiting, I would explain how building a customer base of regular customers would help to pay for your own products. So if you had enough customers buying from you, your own products would cost you nothing as your earnings would cover that cost.

What do you remember about our founder, Ms Veronica Devine?

She was such an inspiration. Her personality shone from her like rays of sunshine.

When she spoke at the conference we felt that we had received so much knowledge and inspiration that cannot be put into mere words.

One of the many nuggets of wisdom I received from her was, when asked about a competitor’s product, to decline providing feedback as it gives the competitor free advertising. I thought it was brilliant advice and it has stuck with me all these years.

I will be forever grateful to have met Veronica Devine and to have learned from such a profoundly pioneering woman.

Do you have any advice for current and future Justine Consultants?

There are two tips I can give.

Firstly, use the products. This helps to build your product knowledge, and helps you give advice from a personal perspective. I don’t believe that you can sell products that you don’t know and love.

Secondly, be a consultant. Consult, provide advice, build a relationship with your customers. Approach your customers with their needs in mind, and the sales will happen naturally.

Create a password

To access your Justine account, you will need a password. This is the one password you will use to access all of your Justine digital platforms.

• Open the registration page – https://www.justine.co.za/REPSuite/registrationTerms.page
• Complete your details – Leave the zone number blank
• Select a password – minimum 6 characters
• Enter a password reminder – a hint in case you may forget what the password is.
• Accept the T’s & C’s – click the check boxes towards the bottom of the page
• Submit – click the submit button….and you’re in.

Success!

If you have just followed the above steps, you should now be logged in to your Justine Consultant website back office. This is one way to place orders, check balances, pay your account, and more.
